2. What ToolMonkey is

ToolMonkey provides free, browser-based utility tools including image background removal and other processing tools. All processing occurs locally in your browser. No account is required.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use ToolMonkey to:

• Process images you do not have rights to use
• Generate, manipulate, or distribute illegal content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service
• Circumvent any technical limits or access controls

4. Intellectual property

You retain full ownership of any files you process using ToolMonkey. ToolMonkey claims no rights over your content. The ToolMonkey name, logo, and brand assets are owned by ToolMonkey and may not be reproduced without permission.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

ToolMonkey is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Service. Use it at your own risk.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ToolMonkey shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated date at the top of this page indicates when changes were last made. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
